🧠 What Are Comptroller-Regulated Entities?
A major shift in this bill is the creation of entities that are not banks but are granted authority to issue dollar-backed digital currency.
These entities:
- Are approved and supervised by the OCC
- Must maintain 1:1 reserves for every token issued
- Can operate similarly to banks in function, but without being chartered as such
This creates a new class of federally monitored private issuers of money, outside traditional banking but inside a growing federal system of control.
It’s a subtle but massive change.

This is exactly the kind of infrastructure the Antichrist system will need:

I’m not an alarmist. I’m not a sensationalist. But I am a Bible believer.
And what we’re witnessing—particularly with the GENIUS Act (S.394) now introduced in Congress—is far more than just routine legislation. It’s another deliberate step in the long, calculated process of establishing a centralized system of control, one eerily similar to what Scripture describes will dominate the world in the final days.
This should shake people up.
⚖️ The Illusion of Innovation, the Reality of Control
The GENIUS Act proposes to regulate “non-bank payment stablecoin issuers” under the authority of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)—a federal bureau within the U.S. Treasury.
In other words:
- A new class of money issuers is being created.
- These are not banks, not the federal reserve, but they will have the power to issue digital assets (stablecoins) backed by U.S. dollars.
- And they will be federally regulated—which means federally controlled.
This has sweeping implications:
- Imagine private finance companies—like PayPal, Circle, or even new government-approved startups—issuing currency that you use to buy groceries, pay rent, or access healthcare.
- Now imagine that every transaction you make is tracked, recorded, and potentially restricted—not by a bank, but by a federal regulator with direct authority.
Remember this is already law, it is already happening. This isn’t just about currency. It’s about power.
📖 Scripture Has Already Told Us Where This Leads
You don’t have to be a prophecy expert (and I don’t claim to be one, I’m nobody, but I know how to read) to see the writing on the wall. This is exactly what God’s Word has forewarned.
1. A Global System of Control
“And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation.”
—Revelation 13:7
“No one may buy or sell except one who has the mark…”
—Revelation 13:17
In order for this level of control to be possible, the world must first be conditioned to accept digitally governed commerce, compliance-based finance, and centralized currency systems.
We’re not there yet. But this is exactly how it begins.
2. The “Strong Delusion” and the Lie of Safety
“Because they did not receive the love of the truth… God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie.”
—2 Thessalonians 2:10–11
The world is buying into the lie that freedom is dangerous, and compliance is virtue. Satan doesn’t come crashing through the front door—he comes through policy, fear, and “common good” narratives that sound reasonable.
3. Peace, Safety… Then Sudden Destruction
“For when they say, ‘Peace and safety!’ then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman.”
—1 Thessalonians 5:3
This kind of financial control will always be sold as a way to prevent fraud, stabilize markets, and ensure fairness. But it’s a trap. Once you give up freedom for safety, you lose both.
🧠 Satan Is a Genius Strategist
He’s not pushing Americans too fast. He knows he can’t, the other nations yeah, unfortunately, they’re gone already, lost to the upside down world of wokeness. The devil works through gradual erosion, not sudden revolution.
- Global treaties
- ESG scoring
- AI content monitoring
- Central bank digital currencies
- And now, federally approved non-bank stablecoin issuers
All of these are converging. These are not isolated developments—they are pieces of a puzzle that Scripture already revealed.
✝️ What This Means for Believers
We’re not supposed to panic. We’re supposed to be alert, bold, and grounded in truth.
“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep…”

Now is the time to:
- Proclaim the gospel of grace (1 Corinthians 15:1–4)
- Warn others with truth and love
- Stay grounded in the Word of God
- Encourage fellow believers that our redemption draws near (Luke 21:28; 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18)
The Stage Is Set
This bill is not the mark of the beast. But it is part of the infrastructure that makes it possible.
America was once the last holdout of personal freedom. If this can be introduced here—under the guise of innovation and stability—what comes next?
Let this shake you up—not to fear, but to focus. Because The Beast System isn’t coming…

The Bible speaks of the end times as a series of events that will take place before the second coming of Jesus Christ (21:25-28). This period of time is divided into two parts, the Rapture of the Church and the seven years of Tribulation.
The Rapture of the Church is when the Body of Christ is filled with the last Gentile saved, and all those who have died in Christ during the Church Age will be resurrected with new bodies. Those who are alive and remain will follow the dead in Christ and their mortal bodies will be changed into their immortal bodies. Both groups will meet the Lord, bodily, in the clouds, where we will be with the Lord forever (1 Corinthians 15:51-53; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-7).
Soon after the Rapture of the Church, God will resume His dealings with the nation of Israel, leading to the seven years of Tribulation. During this time, the Anti-Christ will come on the scene, signing a seven-year treaty with Israel and allowing them to resume Temple worship (Revelation 6:1; 2 Thessalonians 2:8,9; Daniel 9:27).
Several events will occur at the beginning of the tribulation one will be the appearance of the two witnesses (Revelation 11:3), who will preach the Gospel of the Kingdom (not the Gospel of Grace; Matthew 24:14). These two witnesses will recruit and seal 144,000 young Jewish men (Revelation 7:4). They will preach this message all over the world, and shortly after the Tribulation begins, the Russian confederation will invade Israel, only to be destroyed by God. By the mid-point of the Tribulation, there will be a great earthquake, the two witnesses will be killed and resurrected, the Anti-Christ will come into the Temple in Jerusalem and declare himself as God, and Satan will be cast down from heaven.
The last 3 and a half years of the Tribulation will be known as the Wrath of God, with the earth enduring the wrath of both Satan (because he knows he has but a short time) and a righteous God. The scenes of human suffering will be beyond comprehension and worse than anything seen in history as the Lord Jesus Himself mentioned in Matthew 24:21.
It’s important to make the point that the Church, which is His body, the body of Christ, will not be here on the planet to experience the wrath of God. We will be raptured prior to God completing the seven years of the 490, we will return with the Lord at His second coming. Scripture makes a clear distinction between the rapture and the second coming. It’s crucial that we study End Times events and Bible prophecy to present ourselves approved unto God.

The signs of the times before the rapture are sadly missing in much of today’s conversations and teaching about end times. So much of the focus is on the answer the Lord Jesus gave to a question by the apostles in Matthew 24, and Matthew 24 is all tribulation ground. Yes, the body of Christ, will witness the beginnings of what the Lord told the apostles will be the sign of thy coming… But today, Paul tells us explicitly what things we, the body of Christ, which is His church should look for as signs of the rapture of the Church. Sadly, most Bible prophecy teaching is focused on what will happen after the church is gone and during the tribulation (7 years) itself as signs of the second coming of the Lord Jesus, not the rapture of the church.
Paul Makes it Clear what the World Will Look Like before the Lord Jesus Comes for His Church
In II Timothy 3:1-8, Paul describes a world in a complete moral breakdown. Men will be lovers of their own selves, covetous, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof.
When reading these verses and looking around at the world near and afar (emphasis on “without natural affection”), it’s hard not to see that we are there. We see the evidence of a world in moral decay everywhere we turn, from abortion to child trafficking, to the murders, and the governments that support them. Sexual perversion runs rampant, despisers of those who are good are on the attack at unprecedented levels, the hatred for anyone claiming to be “Christian” is at levels never before seen in history, and people who claim to be “ever learning” are missing the mark when it comes to spiritual truth and sound doctrine.
For those of us wondering if it’s time for the rapture, we need to be aware of the signs that Paul delineates in 2 Timothy 3:1-6. The world is in complete moral decay, and it’s getting worse every hour. The rapture could very well happen at any time, and we need to be ready (by studying His word). Let us not be caught up in the decay of this world, but rather let us set our hearts on things above and be ready for His return.
Be not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ for it is the (only) power unto salvation.

But the song isn’t about the devil, right?
The government and CyBC said the song had nothing to do with devil worship and argued that freedom of expression was protected.
It’s about “a bad relationship with someone,” the singer told the website wiwibloggs.
“It’s not about the devil. At the end of the song, I get out of the relationship.”
Well, just to be clear the song is all about Satan!
The World is Being Conditioned
Again, the world is being conditioned to not just accept the mark of the beast (mask, passport APP, etc.) but to love and worship the antichrist as god. It’s important to note that when the man of sin comes on the scene he doesn’t come with war and a show of power. Not at all, but he comes peacably and flattery. Also, Scripture is explicitly clear the world will be sent strong delusion so
Daniel 11:21a
“And in his estate shall stand up a vile person (this is one of the descriptions of the antichrist), to whom they shall not give honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.”
In other words, there will not be a great overflowing move to vote for this guy. He will come in with intrigue, charisma, and political maneuvering. “…but he shall come in peaceably,” So, he’s not going to have a violent overthrow. But by political maneuvering, he’s going to bring himself to the top of the heap. “…and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.” He’s going to say what people want to hear and he’s going to get away with it. He’ll be a liar because he is empowered by the father of lies himself Satan… He’ll say whatever needs to be said to obtain his goal.
Daniel 11:22
“And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant.”
In other words, this man, the Antichrist is going to sign this treaty with Israel, with flattery, and the promise of peace and prosperity. The entire world will be captivated by his ability to solve the world’s problems mainly by bringing peace to the middle east. But he will turn on the Jewish people. He will bring in unprecedented persecution on the Jewish people. Read on.
Daniel 11:36
“And the king (speaking of this man the antichrist a world ruler coming on the scene in the end time) shall do according to his will, and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.”
The antichrist will quickly get to the place of world rule and absolute power over all nations. We have all witnessed the one-world system coming together on a daily basis. Especially over the past 12 to 18 months everything is becoming “global” the global economy, global politics, global religion, global currency. It’s worldwide globalization of everything and all being prepared for the coming in of this world leader.
Strong Delusion
This song and the deluge of grossly immoral behavior that not so long ago was ridiculed and frowned upon as evil is now normalized and accepted as cool (Isaiah 5:20). Again, this is all conditioning mankind to believe the lie over the truth of the gospel. And to drive mankind further and further away from God until it’s too late.
And the Lord comes for His body which is the Church and sends those that remain and that have rejected the gospel “…STRONG DELUSION THAT THEY SHOULD BELIEVE THE LIE…THAT THEY ALL MAY BE CONDEMNED WHO DID NOT BELIEVE THE TRUTH BUT HAD PLEASURE IN UNRIGHTEOUSNESS…” 2 Thessalonians 2:11.
Not pleasant words at all. But soon there is coming a time that God will no longer be the God of grace but He will pour out His wrath on Christ-rejecting mankind. Shockingly even in the end these vile and grossly immoral people will not repent but curse God as they gnaw at their tounges because of their great pain and suffering.
