How to Get Saved?

The Gospel or Good News is that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day. Anyone that believes in that gospel will be saved.

The gospel is found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4

Bible True or False?

Take this fun True or False Exercise. It’s a fun way to learn about the Bible and help to clear up so much of the confusion in the Church. It just takes a few minutes and guaranteed to be an eye-opener.

End Times Prophecy

The Lord Jesus Christ will return in bodily form in the clouds for the grace age believers, the Church which is His Body. (1 Thess 4:16, 1 Corinthians 15:51) Then God will turn back to Israel to get the 7 years owed Him, commonly known as the 7 years of tribulation.

The So-Called “Church Fathers” Were Wrong; The Church Did Not Replace Israel

The So-Called “Church Fathers” Were Wrong; The Church Did Not Replace Israel

The so-called church fathers paved the path for most (not all, but most) of “Christendoms” false teaching of “replacement theology”. What’s more, is that the lie of replacement theology has led to antisemitism worldwide. Beginning with Origen to Irenaeus and Chrysostom to Constantine, to Appanacious, to Augustine the bishop of Hippo, Martin Luther, and John Calvin. Each of these aforementioned church fathers taught that the Church has replaced Israel. They were wrong!

The Greatest Enemy to New Believers Exiting Prison is Unsaved Family

The Greatest Enemy to New Believers Exiting Prison is Unsaved Family

Hands down the greatest enemy to men and women who become true believers in jail or prison. Other than Satan is the unsaved family member.
There is nothing more heartbreaking than to be mocked and scoffed at by a family member when you know God has transformed you. When you know the old life you enjoyed is in the past and the future is brand new. Because you are a new creation. By no means perfect but the old appetites of your life before salvation are meaningless now that all things have become new.

Christians are Not to be Sandpaper to the World

Contrary to the world and many in Christendom today. True believers are NOT to be sandpaper to the world. But instead, the Lord admonishes us to be kind, gentle and what is probably most difficult… we are to be PATIENT WITH THE LOST & EVIL WORLD AROUND US.

How do I know I'm Saved?
How do I know I’m Saved?

This is the most asked question and the answer is a simple one but not everyone likes it.

First, this is the gospel.

Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

1 Corinthians 15:1-4

The answer is because God said if you believe by faith you are saved.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Romans 1:16

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:9,10

These verses clearly state that you are saved the moment you believe. Remember this is God saying this not Paul. He didn’t say you’re saved but I’ll check back with you in 3 months than again in 6. Don’t frustrate the mercy and grace that God has poured out to you and all mankind. (Galatians 2:21)

Just take a look at all the things God does the moment you believe…

  • The moment you believe the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Romans 1:16) you are saved,
  • Instantly sealed with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13),
  • Baptized into the Body of Christ (1 Cor 12:13)
  • Indwelled with the Holy Spirit (Romans 5:5, 8:9),
  • and blessed with all spiritual blessing in the heavenly’s. (Ephesians 1:3),
  • We are all (believers) seated together in the heavenly places in Christ. (Ephesians 2:6)

Is God just going to take it all back every time you do something wrong? Ridiculous!!! Doesn’t sound like grace to me. Trust in His promises because of who He is. Rest in His word and have faith because our God is always faithful.

It Always Comes Down to Faith

The key ingredient for salvation is faith. Believing, trust, and faith all mean the same thing. A person has to believe what God says.

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Hebrews 11:1

Can a Woman Pastor a Church?
No. The Scripture is crystal clear when it comes to a woman leading or Pastoring a Church.

The Lord Jesus makes it clear that women are prohibited from teaching and taking a leadership role in the Church.

1 Timothy 2:11-12 Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. 12 I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet.

This does not mean that women are not allowed to teach at all. Paul says that older women are to teach young…

Once I'm Saved can I Lose my Salvation?
Absolutely Not! Our God does not play games. Nor is He a liar. He says if you believe the gospel you are saved that’s what He means!

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.

Romans 10:9-10 Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

Is Homosexuality a Sin?
Yes. Men having sex with each other is an abomination and condemned by God. Women having sex with each other is also an abomination and condemned by God.

God is crystal clear on what He thinks about homosexual activity and there are dozens of scriptures that make it clear. But when you hate God and are destitute of any faith this where you end up. “Amoral” – lacking a moral sense; unconcerned with the rightness or wrongness of something.

Leviticus 18:22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.

Romans 1:27 And the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error.

1 Corinthians 6:9 Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, 10 nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.

Romans 1:28-32 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them.

The LGBTQ crowd pushes the narrative that a person is born gay. It would be laughable if it were not so serious. No one is born gay that’s just stupid talk.

What is the Rapture and is it Biblical?
Yes, the Rapture is Biblical. The rapture is not to be confused with the second coming of the Lord Jesus which will occur after the 7 years of tribulation where Jesus Christ will set His feet on the Mt. of Olives. (Zechariah 14:4)

The Rapture

The Lord Jesus Christ will return in bodily form in the clouds for the grace age believers, His Church. (1 Thess 4:16, 1 Corinthians 15:51) All those that died during the Church age will return (soul and spirit) to their bodies in the grave or where ever they are it doesn’t matter God knows where they are. They will be instantly changed to immortal, incorruptible, fleshly bodies just like Christ glorious body after His resurrection. (Philippians 4:21) The believers that are alive will follow those that were in the graves and they too will be transformed to immortal, incorruptible, fleshly bodies. Together we will be caught up in the clouds, to live with the Lord forever.
